In cooperation with educational providers, stakeholders and companies in Austria and within a larger European area, Tandem develops innovative solutions for youth, adult education and vocational training and provides good practice methods in national and international projects. In these projects, Tandem operates as initiator, coordinator and project
partner. Respective project work is designed to improve offers and services for different target groups and delivers new models of personal and vocational education and training.

Tandem focusses on aspects of sustainability, digitalisation, social inclusion and empowerment of disadvantaged groups, thereby supporting companies and stakeholder organisations by designing and implementing education and consulting measures, job-specific further training (course programmes, workshops, seminars, webinars etc.) and personnel development systems. Tandem operates internationally, offering project management and implementation support, project
consulting and expert service, planning and carrying out project events, project evaluation and quality management.
